O estudo revela mudanças nada &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2"&gt;saudáveis&lt;/span&gt; no &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_3"&gt;cardápio&lt;/span&gt; do brasileiro. O casamento perfeito da alimentação brasileira o tradicional arroz com feijão deixa de ser consumido como antes e da espaço para o aumento das refeições &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_4"&gt;rápidas&lt;/span&gt; fora de casa, ricas em gorduras e &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_5"&gt;açucares&lt;/span&gt;. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;A pesquisa revela o aumento do consumo de refrigerante e cerveja na dieta dos brasileiros. Com a correria &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_6"&gt;diária&lt;/span&gt; os brasileiros comem a cada dia mais fora do domicilio, os gastos com alimentação fora de casa cresceu para 31,1% sendo que em 2003 eram 24,1%.  E a falta de tempo também tem reflexos no carrinho do &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_7"&gt;supermercado&lt;/span&gt;. As comidas prontas e industrializadas tiveram um aumento de 37%.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;A quantidade de frutas e verduras que os brasileiros comem é quase um quarto do recomendável: apenas 2%, quando o recomendável é de até 12%.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;“&lt;em&gt;Quando você soma doenças &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_8"&gt;cardiovasculares&lt;/span&gt;, diabetes, câncer, hipertensão e obesidade, você tem aí quase 70% dos gastos do &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_9"&gt;SUS&lt;/span&gt;. E na raiz desses problemas &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_10"&gt;crônicos&lt;/span&gt; está a alimentação”, explica a representante do Ministério da Saúde Ana Beatriz &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_11"&gt;Vasconcellos&lt;/span&gt;. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;/em&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;font-size:130%;"&gt;Alimentação é o &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_12"&gt;combustível&lt;/span&gt; do ser humano, vamos pensar no &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_13"&gt;planejamento&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_14"&gt;para&lt;/span&gt; uma boa alimentação, para evitar de arrumar tempo para ficar doente pela falta de bons hábitos alimentares.
